How to stop toothaches and gum swelling?
Toothaches are usually caused by the tooth nerves, such as in the incidence of infection, when stimulated by irritants, cracked tooth, and pus pressure building up.
Gum swelling occurs when the gums are infected by bacteria. These incidences are associated with food trap, bacterial/viral infection or long-term gum disease.
To stop acute tooth pain we need immediate pressure relief by drainage, antibiotic therapy and/or extraction of the tooth. Analgesics are also used for symptomatic pain relief.
